Delete your seoulmate account

Ask us to permanently delete your account and personal data. You don't need the app, and you don't need to sign in.

How it works

Send the form with the email and phone number on your seoulmate account.
We may reply to confirm that the account is yours.
We delete the account and confirm by email within 3-5 business days.

Prefer email? Send an email titled “Data Deletion Request” to support@seoulmateapp.com with your name, phone number, and any email addresses you used.

Delete in the app

Still have the app? Open Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm.

What we delete

Your profile: name, phone number, email, birthday, photos, bio, and preferences
Your matches, messages, and likes
Your sign-in account and notification settings

What we keep, and for how long

For 3 months after the account is closed, we keep its data in case we need to investigate unlawful or harmful conduct. Then it is deleted.
Transaction records, for 10 years, to meet tax and accounting laws.
Traffic data and logs, for 1 year, where the law requires it.
Records of the consents you gave us, for 5 years.
Customer care records, and the data needed to stop banned members or anyone under 18 from opening a new account, for as long as needed to keep members safe.
Data we must keep for an open claim, dispute, or valid legal request.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
